Clinically Tested. Amicor Pure has been clinically tested at the Red Cross Hospital in Barcelona with positive results for Asthma, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis patients. 50 patients took part over an 18 months period test. 96% had an improvement in symptoms. 94% were able to reduce medication.

Successfully Controls Allergen Level. The level of Der P1 required to trigger asthma is 2.0 µg/ml. Amicor Pure successfully controls the level to only 0.4 µg/ml.

How it works

Dust mite allergen and fungal spores account for 70% of indoor allergens. They generate DerP1 which is a major constituent of the airborne dust that we breath within our homes. 70% of asthma cases in the home are due to this allergen. Dust mites thrive on shed dead skin of human and fungi/bacteria as their sole food source.

Amicor™ Pure is an intelligent fibre that help control of bacteria and fungi within the textile – thereby remove the food source and minimise the development of bedmites and the allergen Der P1.

Making use of modern fibre technology called “late injection”, functional ingredients are added prior to fibre spinning and the resulting fibres contain a reservoir of finely dispersed additives which slowly diffuse to fibre surface by a concentration gradient mechanism.
